UROP stands for unreversed open category, that is student belonging to general category.

On the other hand, URGL stands for unreversed girl category that is girl candidate from open category.

SAC stands for State allocated category that is candidates under home state quota. So SAC(UROP) altogether means general candidate from state merit list.

Similarly, SAC(URGL) altogether means general girl candidate from state merit list.
