Hello

Scope of Placements In CSE: With every business and organization going digital, the IT sector today is a booming field as compared to other sectors and there is a huge demand of Computer Science Engineers and programmers.

In EEE, students have to study Electrical as well as Electronics. It is the study and application of electrical systems for use in different environments and contains basic electronic courses and more power system.

In ECE, Students study electronics with some part of communication. The subject uses the scientific knowledge of the behaviour and effects of electrons to develop devices, systems, or equipment that uses electricity as part of its driving force. Also it contains basics on electrical machines and more on integrated circuits and communication systems.

In terms of placements, EEE the competition is not very tough and the availability of jobs too are good. Electrical graduates are employed in Electricity Boards/Utility companies responsible for installation, maintenance, operation of power handling equipment and systems. Industries manufacturing large electrical machines and equipment employ engineers in design, production and testing.

CSE is in more demand than ECE.

I have explained you scope for both and accordingly you can decide which is good for you.

HOPE THIS HELPED.

Good Luck.

Hi Saraswathi,

Amongst the branches that you've mentioned CSE is the easiest and EEE is the toughest. ECE lies somewhere in the middle in terms of difficulty. ECE and EEE are almost similar, they differ only in some courses. You would get placed more easily in IT industry than in core jobs. IT companies allow students from circuit branches to sit for their placements.

Take CSE if you're not inclined towards any branch.

Take EEE or ECE only if you have interest in it. If you have EEE or ECE as an option in different colleges then I would suggest you to go with better colleges.

All the best
