Mop Up Round is conducted for admission of  the seats which are left vacant after counselling rounds. The net vacant seats due to non joining, non reporting of Round 2 will be published in the seat matrix and eligible candidates will have to submit fresh choices and the result for Mop Up round will be processed as per Choice & Merit.

Assuming your query is about Mop Up round of NEET-UG then Mop Up round is conducted for Counselling of Deemed/Central Universities. But, candidates who have joined seat in Round- II of Deemed/Central Universities are not eligible for the Mop Up round.
