The starting salary after doing mbbs is generally low and ranges from 40 to 50 k but as you gain experience there are greater chances that the salary will increase and the average national salary of a doctor is approximately 10LPA .
And for a private doctor then salary is generally higher as they charge  higher amount of money for treatment . And those who open clinics also have higher salaries.

Without experience that is for freshers the salary will be inbetween 25,000 to 40,000 per month and as you get experience and be a professional in your field the salary will be inbetween the range of 5 lakhs to 9 lakhs per annum. Remember, salary package will even Depend on the organisation/hospital you work and the state where you work
