It mostly depends on college to college. But talking about in general we can say that the private college or the new government colleges have better furnished rooms. Even in some old college if the hostels are newly build it mostly depends on that. And yes, you do get bed and study table and even a almirah sometimes. Therefore in depends on college to college.
