The fee structure usually depends on the college, state etc. The fee ranges from 15,000 to 1 lakh per year depending on college.

As you're from Uttar Pradesh I'll give details of colleges from UP-

1.Amity University, UP:1,80,000 1st year fee.

2.Integral University, Lucknow:1, 30,000 per year.

3 . MU, Aligarh:95,000.

4.BHU, Varanasi-13, 410.

5.IIT BHU, Varanasi-84, 981.

As you can see the fee varies according to college type it'll be less for government colleges.
