Hi Amol,

Manufacturing sector includes organizations engaged in the chemical, physical or mechanical transformation of components, substances and materials.

Careers in manufacturing is for a wide range of products including

  • Food , drink and pharmaceutical
  • Clothing, plastic and adhesive
  • Cars, heavy machinery and military vehicles

In manufacturing many PSUs like ONGC, BHEL, SAIL, Indian oil etc opens up numerous vacancies and come forward to recruit candidates.

Hey!

After manufacturing engineering, candidates are eligible to apply for jobs in PSU’s (Public Sector Units) - like IOCL, ONGC, BPCL, HAL, HPCL etc.. Also, candidates can apply in India railways, there are many posts in this department. And, they can also Attempt  UPSC or can join defence (army, navy, air force).
