what happen if i didnt bring pwd certificate for 40% visual impairment at the time of neet examination?

Hello aspirant!
40% or more than that are to be considered under visual impaired category. It's better to carry the certificate of the same. To get benefits of PwD you have to avail certificate from the disabilities center and that you have to carry to the examination centre.
