Nothing will happen to your NEET 2021 Application and result you will get your result of NEET UG 2021. Let me explain you the use of both the codes, Code 01 is used by those candidates who have not got their results but appeared in examination whereas code 02 is used by those candidates who have already passed the examination and also have their result. So even if you have used code 01 in NEET 2nd phase registration form then also you will get your NEET result because the class 12th result can be submitted at the time of counselling or admission .
