Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. Since your result is not awaiting nor you are 12th appearing student, so if passed your exam with 50% marks in English, biology, physics and chemistry then you can fill the form with code 2.

Code 1 is for 12th appearing students.
Code 2 is for 12th passed students.
