I personally do not think that will create any trouble for you. If it would have been the name, roll number, etc. that you might have made mistakes in, it could become a cause of concern. The centre code, however, isn’t as big a mistake over which to disqualify you from the exam. Also, just to allay your worries, as much as it is student’s responsibility to enter correct details, the centre authorities are also responsible for it.

So, I would suggest you to not worry on this matter anymore and calculate your score, rank, et.al. and prepare yourself for the counselling.
