If you'll explain during the counselling they'll understand
There's nothing to worry about.

Until and unless there's no problem with your name and docs there's no major problem.

It is suggested that you should have the same name in application form as in 10th marks card.
It may cause some problems at time of documents verification as well as in long term,so if possible contact the authorities and ask to let you change the name and procedure to be followed.
