Hello Aspirant,

It seems that you are asking for NEET Counselling of any particular state so let me make you clear that there is different admission procedure for different states through NEET score and since you have not mentioned the name of state so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information. However if we take it generally, then the seats remain vacant in Round 2 of NEET Counselling goes to mop-up round (if there is mop-up round because some states does not have mop-up round) and then after when counselling gets over, the remaining seats are filled through direct admission under management quota.
