It isn't a huge deal breaker you will just will be able to reax although it is recommended you make sure you utilize your entire time to maximize your score.

Nothing will happen except you leave the classroom early as comapred to other students, because you have done one section early, then a new window with another section will pop-up and you will do that 2nd section early
