After BCA most of the job is in software companies or companies manufacturing computers. The salary generally depends on your calibre as if you are a good coder, web designer, graphic designer etc then as per your skills your salary will be decided by the company also it depends on the college from which you completed bca. Average package is around 3-4 lpa.
