Dear candidate..... hope you're doing good..

Well, since you're not interested in the college offered to you from the first round of counseling, but still you may wait upto the sixth round of counseling for availing any upgradation if possible, and finally if there is no upgradation, you may withdraw from the counselling process and your amount will be refunded to you with some charges.
