Hello sir I got a college alloted in 1st round councelling and do not want take that i need another college directgo for 2nd round or float

It isn't necessary to take the college in the first round if you aren't satisfied with the choice of college,you can rather wait for the second list and then chose it.

Mam is it sure na becoz I had ask from many but they told me that u have to pay for ur this seat then only u can go for round 2..Otherwise u r eliminated from all round of councelling
