As you've mentioned that you've scored 184 marks in jee mains which is a very good marks.So,now you've multiple options.As for now you have also qualified for jee advance so you should start preparing for that too.

I would request you to please provide your Category so that it could provide you an exact information.

Still if you fall in SC/ST/OBC then for sure you are getting a good NIT but if you fall in general category then you have a very little chance.

You will get a good nit and prepare for jee advanced with
your full effort because this score tells me that you can
crack jee advanced if you will give your complete effort
and get your hands on iit rather than nit.
