IT is a part of Computer Science Engineering C.S.E. Both the branches are good in job opportunities. In compare between both the branches CSE has more scope than IT.

If you are interested in becoming an expert on Computers, you would do well to choose CSE, be it becoming an Engineer or a researcher. If you think that you want to pursue a more professional course, than IT would be more suitable for you.

So, choose branch according to your interest.
