Hello!
If you are good at maths and physics, you can prepare for IIT-JEE , pursue B.Tech and go on to be an engineer if you appreciate practical approach of maths and physics.
You can also pursue B.Sc (H) Maths, Statistics, Physics, etc. if you are interested in theoretical approach.
However if you want to go for teaching, you can do an undergraduate course in engineering (B.Tech.) and then do a post graduate course(M.Tech.) which will open a wider scope in front of you.
.After everything, you can go on for research and do a Ph.D.
The choice is yours and you have a lot of options available, these might be only a few of the many options available.
Thus ,I would suggest you to explore your areas of interest and work upon your abilities.
