Hello,

JEE mains is an examination organised by the National Testing Agency in India. It is a national level competitive test for admission to various undergraduate engineering and architecture courses in institutes accepting the JEE-Main score, mainly National Institutes of Technology  (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) and Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).

B.E and B.tech is nearly same.Universities offering other degrees (like science, arts, education etc.) along with engineering named their engineering degree as B.E.Some of the Universities include NSIT,BITs.
Colleges that give B.Tech degree are colleges like IITs, NITs, DTU etc.
