Dear Vikramaditya,

You have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of the colleges to take admission in engineering program.

If you want to take admission in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs you should have 65% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile to be eligible.

Boards marks are not consider in your JEE Main result it is only based on your marks obtained in entrance exam.

Good Luck!!

Your ipe result and your mains score together declare your rank. 40 percentage of your ipe +60 percentage of jee mains score is the scheme of the rank declaration in neet. Eventhough you have less ipe score if you score well in neet exam it would decrease your rank. All the best.

Hope this answer helps you.
