No, there is no policy of refund of registration fees even if you have already purchased the book. And hence, I'll recommend you to purchase the book only after registration. Once you complete your registration, you are given a book coupon code.  Validity of coupon is 1 year from the date of registration. You can access the online study material and study from it before registration.
