Hello. There is absolutely no issue if you didn't qualify emcet. You have saved an option for yourself that is JEE Mains.

If you qualify JEE Mains then definitely you have some very good governemnt and private colleges in your hand. Consider NITs and IIITs as well.

Go ahead with those. And if you are determined for emcet , then give one more try to it .
