I would like to assure you that you have no reason to fear. If anyone forgets to lock his/her choices in UGEAC then it will be automatically locked as per your last login status. After each login any changes that you make in your choices will be recorded and will be locked even if you forget to lock the choices. You must lock your choices for th UGEAC exam but if you have forgotten to lock your choice ces ,then your choices shall be saved according to what it was when you last logged out of your account. However, you can choose to change those choices by clicking on the unlock option that is provided there by the official website.
