I would like to assure you that you have no reason to fear. If anyone forgets to lock his/her choices in UGEAC then it will be automatically locked as per your last login status. After each login any changes that you make in your choices will be recorded and will be locked even if you forget to lock the choices. At first you have to  get registration in  UGEAC. Then submit all required documents needed for  UGEAC. Scan your photograph and paste it in the format in definite column. Now paste your specimen signature. If it shows OK then I have to make the application fee online mode. Application fees paid then submit the application online. And get a scanned copy of the application format for your future use. Left notice the feature notification on the examination bi Bihar combine examination competitive examination Board. Prepare yourself for the schedule date of examination with heart and soul for success.

The basic eligibility criteria to apply for BCECE is candidate should be class 12th pass with 45% marks in Science stream(with Physics, Chemistry and Biology). As BCECE is a state level exam therefore only Bihar state candidates can apply for the exam. As you have said that your father has been transferred to Bihar so if u are a proper resident of Bihar that means you have a domicile certificate in Bihar so your are eligible. As per the official brochure you are asked to have the date time and name on the photograph. SO its really important for you to upload the image in the given format else your application may get cancelled or you may be ask to change the details with in a stipulated time. So its better for you to do the prescribed way in the beginning so that you don't face any problem laterwards.

Bi har Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is responsible for conducting UGEAC counselling 2021. UGEAC 2021 counselling date will be announced by the authorities through BCECE website. Bihar UGEAC counselling 2021 shall include various steps starting with registration, choice filling, allotment, document verification and admission based on JEE Main 2021 . The authorities are expected to commence registration and choice filling for Bihar UGEAC 2021 counselling in the first week of August.
