There are subsequent three chances of compartment examination in class XII i.e., if a candidate appeared for 2018 examination and placed in compartment then he can appear in July the same year, second chance in March/April and third chance in July of next year that is in year 2019.

A candidate placed in compartment shall be allowed to appear only in those subjects in which he/she has been placed in compartment at the second chance compartmental examination to be held in March/April next year.

By giving another chance would not be a bad deal at all. Staying calm and strong at all times shows how much you are mentally strong.

So give one more chance and although 12th is very important because without completing 12th nobody would get admission in any college or any other examination.
