Most colleges policy is a student must clear backlog papers (failed) within 6 years starting from the year of admission batch. Back papers are to be permitted in consecutive semesters for the first attempt at clearing back paper. You can give this papers in next semester if this rules apply in your college.you can take help of your college administration for your issue.
