if you are talking about galgotia University semester examination so if you fail in a single subject then it will not  lead a big impact on your result you will be entirely pass but you will have to clear a back exam paper if your number of fail subjects are greater than the number of pass subjects then overall  result will be of fail, if you were talking about exams before semester exam so if you fail in this exam so it will lead no effect because these exams are conducted to prepare you for semester examination.
