If you managed to clear neet examination then you can get admission in mbbs, bams,bhms etc and can be a doctor,
neet examination is conducted to provide admission in following medical undergraduate courses which are listed below :-

• MBBS ,
• BDS and
• AYUSH courses -BHMS ,BAMS ,BUMS , B.V.Sc &AH.

Thus, if you managed to clear neet examination then you can get admission in one of the above mentioned courses.
Also better is your marks better is the course and college is you get , maximum marks is required for getting admission in mbbs and that too in government medical college.
