Hii Yashi. The average score of JEE is not of any use if you score good in MHT-CET.Because on the basis of this MHT-CET score you can get good government Colleges. On the basis of JEE MAINS score you can apply under All India qouta but the cutoffs are high and the seats are less so you will not get it.

Hi Yashi,
If you get average score in JEE Mains then you will get average college but you have many colleges to apply as it include all india college. Also if you scored well in MH-CET then you will get good college in maharashtra like government colleges. It will be better to take government college through MHCET than average college through JEE Mains .
All the best !!
