thank you so much, in short if my name doesnt appear in the merit list i try for offline forms in the respective college. and what are the chances that the colleges will have these offline forms? i had another question i have applied for BAF (banking accounts and finance) is it poosible that i can change my stream? during  the offline process?

Yes, in management quota you can change your stream & can apply in any stream. Regarding the management seats you need to ask to the officials of the college.
