In Government Jobs there are many pros and cons. Namely,
Pros-

Job security
More facilities
More holidays
Inevitable salary increment
Respect
Stess free life

And Cons-

No glitches
Less competitive environment
Quality of facilities are not good
Reservation system
Poor technology and work ethics
So this defines government job.
You can give IBPS exam at clerical level.
Bank PO exams are also there.
You can go for civil services,for defence services and railway job through RRB.
