Graduation college/school is nothing but the college/school from which you have passed the said course. Let's say that you have passed bachelor's degree from a college 'ABC' then the graduating college will be 'ABC' you have to mention the name if asked. Similarly, you should mention the class 10th passing school, class 12th passing school/college as per the the records.
