The salary for the post of accountant in banks differ, depending on type of bank or from one bank to another. The initial salary may start from INR 19,000 to INR 25,000 irrespective of the Bank you are recruited in. On an average, the salary of a Bank accountant in India is INR 58,000 and above.
The salary may vary and increase by time depending upon your experience, qualifications, skills etc.,
