The one and only criteria which you have to fulfill is that you must have enough money to pay the fees. They don't examine any marks of board examination.

If you want scholarship you can give the entrance test like neet and admission cum scholarship test to be eligible for the scholarship.

There is no such eligibility criterias which is needed to get admission in any of the coaching institutes in Kota weather its Allen or any of them. You just need to have money which is required by the coaching institute.

And one thing if you have your previous year Neet rank and numbers and those are decent then you can also get a scholarship from Allen or any other coaching Institutes.
