Placement is there on the campus. The selection through written test, online test survey etc, and also the college creates a job fair event name called Alva's pragathi,  as a result about 2500- 4000 students are placed in reputed companies such as Wipro, Infosys, Biocon, Narayana Health, Mangalore Chemical Fertilizers, Cipla, Titan group of companies, IBM etc. The basic salary offered were about 20000- 25000 rupees per month for a Bachelor's degree student.
