1. CSE/IT: Students of CSE from MNIT are placed in software giants like Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe and many more. Placements of CSE department is beyond one’s imagination. Average package was more than 7 LPA and Amazon offered maximum package of 25 LPA.
2. Mechacnical: Mechanical is one of the most promising branches in MNIT. Average package might not be very high but gives you plenty of opportunities with top automobile companies, design companies, manufacturing companies and research organizations
3. ECE/EE: There are some extremely good core companies (like TI) which come to recruit ECE/EE. Most of the automobile companies also recruit lots of students from ECE/EE. Many students from ECE/EE get placed in software companies like Oracle Softwares. Almost all software companies allow ECE/EE students to show their coding skills and grab placements as high as 16 LPA.
