Computer engineering is one of the best carrer path which has high earnings.But,this can happen only if you have a good grip in coding.The one who is good at coding they will be placed with high salaries i.e..., around minimum of 16 lacs per annum.
Also,if you are not good at coding you earn a decent salary in software testing and etc.....

The average salary of computer science engineering after getting placement from that college is around 3.5 lakhs per annum. After completing b.tech degree in computer science engineering. Or after completing the m.tech degree at that colleges is around 4.5 lakhs per annum. For computer science engineer.

Getting good package is completely depends upon your skills and knowledge towards a particular field and coming to your preferred college the average salary in your preferred branch CSE is 3 to 4 lakhs 

You can also get more package if you have revielent skills

The answer is that the average (median) salary is around 400,000 Rs - 4 Lakh rupees per year. That is equivalent to about US$6,000 per year. But there are very large variations both up and down. Because there is a surplus of good computer engineering in india salaries there are much lower, job for job, than in USA.
