The other option will be that you can apply for all the private institutions entrance test like BITSAT ,VITEEE ,SRMJEE etc .. All the best for your future ..

There are other entrance exams. However most are over this year. Some are still ongoing. As to without any entrance exam, some universities like Sastra do take through class 12 scores. Other than that not many options I am afriad as state to state domicile regulations dont allow other state students to apply.
