Doing BEd is the best option out of all the three you mentioned as it also provides you further scope to teach higher classes, consider doing BEd in regular mode and if you prefer you can do distance education for your graduation level course. Along with BEd, if you're able to complete your master's degree as well it'll further increase your chances to teach higher secondary classes as well.

You can appear for CTET, its scores are accepted by many top and reputed government schools as well as private schools. you can also consider giving state level TET.
