Bba is a professional courses whereas English honours is a academic course. You can easily grab jobs after your bba completion but you hv to complete masters after English honours to get placed in some good job.

It depends completely on your interests, you should choose wisely so that you should not have any regrets later. Both the courses hv their own merits.
