hello aspirant,

CST and CSE have the same meaning in most of the universities, some colleges have the CST branch of engineering while some call it as CSE (which is more popular), however, if the college have both the subjects namely CST and CSE , then more likely the branches have only one subject difference, it wont effect the academics or placements .
