Centre caste certificate are those which covered all the castes that are fall under the central reservation criteria given by central government to all its citizens.To make this you have to contact to your district tehsil officer for that .It is uniquely valid for all the castes as same reservation criteria.

State caste certificate are those which covered the castes that fall under the state government reservation criteria as it also varies from state to state and castes reservation also varies from state to state in this .

If you are citizen of Punjab, Haryana then you have to give state government caste certificate but if you are from any other state then you have to give them central government caste certificate.
