What is college declaration form and university undertaking / declaration form? Do we need to submit this along with the admission form before the first merit list is announced?

It is a part of the admission procedure. We declare that we will follow all the college rules and regulations, etc is mentioned in the declaration. You will be required to submit it after your registration is done and fee is paid. It is to be submitted after you are all registered for the college.
Don't panic, it is not to be submitted right now.
