Admission procedure for post graduation is different for different college and university. Also it differ from courses to course. Like in university of delhi there is entrance test held for that but in some othere university admission is held on marks obtained in undergraduation.

So, it will depend on your choice of course and college or university.

It depends on which course you are opting for if you are choosing MBA then you will have to attend entrance exam like CAT,MAT,XAT,SNAP.

For M.COM you most probabily you dont need any entrence exam. 

Rest depend up on course.
