There are 71 SC seats for AIIMS Bsc Nursing.  A rank of upto 2609(Overall) was called for 1st counselling. You may regard this as the cutoff as 4 times the no of seats rank are called. 

There is no such cutoff found as of now. If i find it, i ll surely update

For Sc category cut off marks is 50 percentile.Based on the last years data the last rank called for counselling was 2609 under SC category.If your rank is below this you have quite fair chances.
