The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidates Etc.

However try to score more than 400-450 to get top Government college for BHMS programme & more than 300-350 for private colleges, It can differ college to college.
