Hello aspirant.. Btech and BE are quite similar in many aspects. Certain colleges accept btech and in certain BE are there. Some of the predominant differences are

1.BE is basically knowledge based , theory, and more of concentration in fundamentals

Where as Btech considered as skill based, with practical approach and knowledge oriented

2. Course updations are made really frequent in vtech compared to that of be

3. Intern opportunities and hands on approach is given more importance in brech compared to that of be

4. Colleges that offer BE would be NIST, bits pilani, anna universities etc. Where as that offer btech are nits, iits, iiits etc

In my suggestion, go for btech
