Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing (BBA(Marketing)) is a general course. And Bachelors of Business Administration in Digital Marketing (BBA (Digital Marketing)) is a specialisation in BBA in Marketing. 

BBA in Marketing would be a better choice rather than BBA in Digital Marketing.

BBA stands for Bachelor's in business administration and colleges/universities offer it in various fields with specializations. BBA in marketing management helps you to study the market in various aspects and makes you understand how you can work in an organization to market their brand well. BBA in digital marketing on the other hand deals with digital aspects of marketing or you can say or call it Online marketing. Digital marketing is more catchy to the customers and is a part of the new generative progress of this century .

Both are good in different things and it is one's interest in a particular field that motivates one to pursue it.
